Constantine has a long list of credentials and has been working within the mining sector in Australia for some time now. Supporting businesses and organisations with the supply of a multitude of critical products and services. By driving understanding that the purchasing power of businesses can be used to deliver positive social outcomes.
Costa brings to Oxytane over 25 years of experience working across a broad range of roles and industries from accounting and business consultancy to information systems management, corporate partnerships and stakeholder engagement, fundraising and business development, operational and executive office roles in the not-for-profit sector. Costa has worked for charities such as The Smith Family, YWCA NSW, the Children’s Medical Research Institute and the Daystar Foundation and has significant experience in fundraising and program development.
Costa has an MBA from the Sydney Graduate School of Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Costa has a deep personal interest in contributing to social impact, and is highly motivated by initiatives that promote equity, strengthen communities, and adopt inclusiveness and diversity in their approach.
