Oxytane at the G20 Summit

The Second G20 Sherpa Meeting in Labuan Bajo took place from July 10 to July 13, 2022 and was attended by delegates of the G20 Sherpas.

During the discussion on energy transition, Mrs. Syofi Raharja as a had the opportunity to introduce Oxytane to Indonesian G20 Sherpa meeting atendee including Mr. Edi Prio Pambudi (Representative of the Minister for Coordination of International Economic Cooperation at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs), Mr. Jahja B. Soenarjo (Chairman of the CEO Business Forum Indonesia) and also Mr. Charles Angliwarwan the chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of West Manggarai).

The Seeing the economic value of Oxytane which can save fuel up to 20% or more, Mr. Charles Angliwarwan as a ship owner believes that Oxytane can be a solution for rising fuel prices.

On the other hand Mr. Fajar Wirawan Harijo (Assistant Deputy of the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs) expressed his support for Oxytane Indonesia considering Oxytane’s function in reducing emissions which is also in line with the Indonesian government’s program to support the green energy transition.
